"Venner" (Friends) was a project I did the autumn of 1997. It was the first serious project I did at HFF. I made five double-portraits of my friends and myself. The idea was to check out the difference of photographing a person, and to be photographed with the same person. I also wanted to see if the viewer could detect what kind of relationship we have. To guide the viewer a bit I wrote a short text under each picture. This tells the name of the person, and how long I have known this person. © Vemund Hagen 1997-1998
